Excellent location, just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, and the charming old town. The room was clean and had a convenient kitchenette. The balcony offered a lovely view of the beach, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
The only slight inconvenience was having to manually start and stop the water heating system. However, the water temperature stayed hot for a decent amount of time, so it didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

For my recent trip to Chania, this hotel was the perfect choice. It is located just a two-minute walk from the beach and a short 15-minute stroll to The Old Port. The surrounding area offers a great selection of restaurants and cafes, ensuring that I had everything I needed within reach. The peaceful and quiet location was exactly what I was looking for, with the option to easily explore the vibrant Old Town. The option to borrow a towel every day free of charge was a nice touch. The host, Constantino, was warm and friendly, providing helpful advice and recommendations for my trips in Elafonissi, Balos. The room itself was lovely and clean, with a small balcony offering a view of the beach.
I do recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Constantino's Studios. The owner, Mr. Constantino, was incredibly kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. When we had a small issue with the air conditioning in our room, he immediately arranged for us to move to a larger, more expensive room at no additional cost to us. Mr. Constantino's suggestions for the best beaches to visit were invaluable, and we truly appreciated his friendly and informative conversations. We hope to have the opportunity to stay at Constantino's Studios again in the future.
Nothing 😊

We had a perfect stay in Chania just next door to Nea Chora beach. It was good to have a refrigerator and a stove, we could cook ourselves.
